It Will Be Hard to Get Over What Happened to Elizabeth Warren

Elizabeth Warren is, in temperament, intellect, ideology and in nearly every other respect, the near complete clone of Barack Obama. The only difference (if you will forgive me an… ahem… colorful metaphor) is that he has a factory equipped tan, and she has one extra X-chromosome.

If Betsy Warren was Bert Warren, this would have been done and dusted some time ago. Alas…

Joe Biden, for all of his years of good and noble service, remains a grabby, handsy, old-school creep. Bernie Sanders, despite his many good ideas, remains an old fashioned misogynist. And Mike Bloomberg is a straight up sexist. That fact that Bloomberg PURCHASED more votes that Elizabeth Warren EARNED, is testament enough to how little distance we’ve covered.

I, for one, am glad that E. Warren has not thrown in the towel: if Biden can face a sudden, drastic turmoil of a turnaround, so too can Elizabeth Warren… One can hope.
