I would put Eastern Promises before either Mean Streets (which I found a little heavy-handed, but growing up Catholic might have something to do with that...) or Carlito's Way which just never moved me. Not a fan of De Palma. You shout-out to In Bruges, also a better film than either of those.

Other honorable mentions would be A Bronx Tale, and Bullets over Broadway, both with the Incomparable Chazz Palminteri (Sp?)

Having said that, and modulo the omission of Little Ceasar, it is a great list. Well done, again.
