It's sad, but probably axiomatic, that men who don't possess much in the way of character are the least bashful about it...

What I don't understand is the wholesale elision of the music. There are plenty of other places to go where men can watch women do something, anything. Why seek out musicians only to drop-kick the actual music? The music itself can be so attractive. For instance, I've long had admiration for both Anne Akiko Meyers (a classical violinist) and Simone Dinnerstein (a classic pianist) for the way they play Bach, in particular. I first heard them on the radio years ago and only later found out that, yes, they are two visually attractive women, but by then I already knew that their music was beautiful.
