Mostly agree, as usual. Would drop 'Robin Hood' and put 'American Gangster' higher. 'Black Hawk Down' would be in 3rd place-It is a masterwork of spare coherence emerging from destruction and de-construction. I think 'The Counselor' is way under-rated and under-appreciated, tho' I can't say for sure which of your remaining list I would replace it with. I still have not seen 'Last Duel' and am eagerly looking forward to it.
